Carol S. Blalock, age 70, of Arrington Tennessee, died Sunday, December 24, 2017 in Franklin, Tennessee.
Mrs. Blalock is survived by her husband, Ted. L. Blalock, Arrington, TN; daughters, Leigh Blalock, Amanda Blalock Long; son, Roy Birdwell, Jr. Carol was a hardworking, successful business woman who gave 110% to all her endeavors. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, friend and employer, who quietly helped many in times of need, selflessly never wanting credit or recognition. Carol was respected and loved and will be missed by many.
The family thanks Doctor’s Murphy, Lamar, Wilbec, Swarr, Karlekar and others for their excellent care. Also, the Oncology and ICU nursing staffs for their expert care and kind, compassionate demeanor.
The family will honor Carol’s wishes for no funeral service or visitation, again, not wanting attention for herself. There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
