Abigail Marie Barbara Cahill, age 21 of Chapel Hill, TN passed away on June 23, 2023 at her home with her loving family by her side.

Abbey was born in Nashville, TN to Jimmy and Lisa Cahill on December 18, 2001. Abigail was an amazingly loving daughter that brought nothing but joy and happiness to all that graced her presence. She taught communities the true meaning of love, compassion and happiness. She inspired a plethora of medical professionals leaving them with lessons they didn’t even know they needed to help them become better providers. She was an angel of earth whom will be truly missed but now she is home.

Abbey is survived by her loving parents, Jimmy and Lisa Cahill; cherished brother, Patrick (Leah) Cahill; grandparents, Bob and Gail Roe; uncle, Christian Cahill; aunts, Barbi Bello and Jessica Savelli; nephews, Jaxon and Jace Cahill. She is preceded in death by her sister, Kaleigh Cahill and grandmother, Barbara Cahill.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This department is very special to Abbey’s family because of the wonderful care they provided to her throughout her life.
