Anita Jean Brown

Mrs. Anita Jean Brown, age 74, of Unionville, Tennessee, died Sunday, August 1, 2021 in Shelbyville.

Mrs. Brown was born in Bedford County and was a daughter of the late Eddie Robert and Jessie Volina Dishmon Brown. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, John Elliot Reed; sister, Ruby Pearl Tune; and brothers, Eris Brown and Robert Earl Brown.

Jean was a member of Rover Baptist Church in the Rover Community of Bedford County and retired from Nissan Corporation where she worked for many years as a production technician.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her children, Jeanne Reed (Rickey) White, Unionville, TN, Jeffrey Lee (Paula) Reed, Shelbyville, TN; grandchildren, Mary Jean Reed (Ty) Floyd, Jeffrey Davis Reed, Jordan Thomas (Brittany) White; great grandchildren, Conner Reed, Jenny Floyd, Rylee Ann White and River White.

A memorial service for Mrs. Brown will be announced at a later date.
