Archie David Hughes

Archie David Hughes, age 67 of Murfreesboro, TN suddenly passed away while traveling for work November 19, 2024. David was born and raised in the Hillsboro Community of Williamson County and graduate of Hillsboro High School. He took pride in his work as a Project Superintendent with DF Chase in Nashville, TN. David enjoyed target shooting at the range and outdoors. Above all, David was wonderful husband and an amazing father and grandfather. David is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, June Haley Hughes; children, Luke Hughes and Charly (Jeff) Karls; grandchildren, Nate and Hunter Hughes and Auburn, Mei-li, Scarlotte, Tobi and Jeffrey Karls; sister, Kay (Roger) Lynn and sister in-law, Evelyn Hughes.

Visitation with the Hughes family will be held 2-6:00PM Saturday November 30, 2024 at Lawrence Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held 2:00PM Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Williamson Memorial Gardens in Franklin, TN, Archie Mathis to officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jones Chapel Church of the Nazarene, 3864 Johnson Hollow Rd., Thompson's Station, TN 37179.
