Mrs. Arlene Kincaid, age 89, of Lewisburg, formerly of Chapel Hill, died Thurs., Feb. 14, 2013. A native of Monroe Co., NY, Mrs. Kincaid was a daughter of the late Alfred and Beulah Braddon Meier. She was a homemaker and a member of Farmington Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kincaid was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Loyd Kincaid and a daughter, Carol Paul.
Survived by a daughter, Linda (Jerry) Simpson of Chapel Hill; a son, Butch Kincaid of Lewisburg; a sister, Shirley McKnight of Rochester, NY; 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
Visitation will be Sat., Feb. 16, 2013 from 4pm-8pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30pm, Sun., Feb. 17, 2013 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Reed-Walker Cemetery.
