Betty Ann Waters Crafton

Mrs. Betty Ann Waters Crafton, age 91, of Eagleville, TN, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2026. She was born in College Grove, TN to the late Lenzie Waters and Ella Lurene Underwood Waters. Mrs. Betty was a homemaker after retiring as a supervisor in 1990 from National Life & Accident Company with 37 years of service. She was a member of Harpeth Lick Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Andrews “Bobby” Crafton in 2020, sisters in law, Leo Burns, Ann Reed, Sue Speakman, Faye Adair, brother in law, Charles Crafton.

Mrs. Betty Ann loved crafts. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and quilting for her family. She had a true passion for farm life. She enjoyed vacations away from home, especially trips to the Smoky Mountains. Most of all, she loved her family and being involved in their activities.

Mrs. Crafton is survived by her nieces, Amy Drake, Delisa Locke, Judy Luna, Charlene Trice, Carol Bruce; nephews, Kevin Adair, Mike Trice, Stan Trice; brother in law, Aaron Reed; special cousins, Charlie Underwood, Anna Elizabeth Irwin, and many other cousins.

Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 from 10 AM until 1 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 1 PM from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Guin officiating. Burial will follow in the Williamson Memorial Gardens in Franklin, TN.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
