Billie Jane Whitehurst

Mrs. Billie Jane Campbell Whitehurst, age 81, of Eagleville, TN passed away Saturday, August 29, 2026. Born in Williamson Co., Mrs. Whitehurst was a daughter of the late Hassel Campbell and Viola Lurene Harper Campbell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Melody Thomas.

Mrs. Whitehurst loved going to the beach on multiple occasions each year. She had a deep love for all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were the center of her life. She especially loved her dog, Oliver. She will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Billie was a member of Christ Church Arrington.

Survivors are her husband, Jimmy Seay Whitehurst of Eagleville, TN; her sons, Joey Whitehurst or Eagleville, TN, Marty (Jackie) Whitehurst of Nashville, TN; her sisters, Joan Clark and Annie May Parks; brothers, Hassel Campbell, Jr and Jimmy Carl Campbell; grand children and great-grandchildren, Megan (Adam) Ladd, Jimmy Whitehurst, Abbey (Aaron) Burch, Taylor Whitehurst and Jacob Whitehurst.

Visitation will be from 4PM – 6PM, Thursday, September 3, 2026 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The Memorial Service will follow the visitation at 6PM .
