Brenda Upton

Mrs. Brenda Faye Lynch Upton, age 64, of Taft, TN, died on Saturday, August 24, 2019, at her residence.

Mrs. Upton was born in Shelbyville, TN, to her late parents Rozell Culverson Lynch, Sr., and Barbara Jean Newsom Lynch. She was a person full of life and loved arts and crafts, especially quilting and sewing. Mrs. Upton was a robot operator at Rich Products until her retirement. She was also a member of Vantown First Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Buster Lynch.

Mrs. Upton is survived by daughters, Amanda Jean Brown and her husband John David Myrick, Newmarket, Alabama; Crissy Philpot and her husband Michael Cowan, Taft, TN; brothers, Robert (Teresa) Lynch, Unionville, TN, and Richard Lynch, Nevada, Missouri; grandchildren, Tonya, John, Emily, Hailey, Mayalana, and Charles; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at 2:00pm, in the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Pastor Eddie Graves officiating. Burial will follow in Wheeler Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.
