Ms. Carolyn Sue Hazel, age 55, of Lewisburg, TN, died Wednesday, April 27, 2016 in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Marshall County, TN, a daughter of the late Floyd Gerald and Dorothy Elizabeth Holder Hazel. Ms. Hazel was a social worker and a member of the Baptist Faith.
Ms. Hazel is survived by her children, Jeremy Hazel of Lewisburg, TN and Melisa Hazel of Lewisburg, TN; sister, Janice Buford of Thompson Station, TN; brothers, Jerry Hazel of Lewisburg, TN, Larry Hazel of Fayetteville, TN, and Ricky Hazel of Chapel Hill, TN; 9 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until 1 PM on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Lawrence Funeral Home in Chapel Hill, TN. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 PM on Friday, April 29, 2016 at Swanson Cemetery with Bro. John Eatherly officiating. Interment will follow in Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.
