June 18, 1956 — December 2, 2016
Mrs. Cathy Polk, age 60, of Chapel Hill, TN died Friday, December 2, 2016 in Franklin, TN. She was born in Davidson County, TN and a daughter of Robert and Catherine Ellen Roberts Garrett. Mrs. Polk worked as an upholsterer.
Mrs. Polk is survived by her children, Shannon Blanton of Chapel Hill, TN, Lisa Clark of Chapel Hill, TN and Terry Wayne Polk, Jr. of Chapel Hill, TN; sisters, Trina Shearon of Ashland City, TN, Peggy Williams of Albion, Maine; brothers, John Kauffmann of West Palm Beach, FL and Robert “Butch” Garrett of Ashland City, TN; 5 grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be on Monday, December 5, 2016 at Lawrence Funeral Home from 12 Noon until 2 PM with a Celebration of Life Service at 2 PM on Monday with Rev. Larry Guin and Rev. Howard Eugene Rucker officiating.
