Mr. Charles E. Waters, Jr., age 44, of Shelbyville, died Sat., Sept. 28, 2013. A native of Bedford Co., Mr. Waters was a son of Charles Waters, Sr. who survives and Sarah Davis Waters who died in 2008.
Survivors include his father, Charles E. Waters, Sr. of Shelbyville; a sister, Patricia Presley of Shelbyville; 2 brothers, Ronnie Garrett, Jr. of Wartrace; Thomas H. Waters of Shelbyville.
Visitation will be Mon., Sept. 30, 2013 from 12 Noon – 1:30pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted at 2pm, Monday, at King Cemetery in Bedford Co.
