Chuck Hutchinson

Mr. Chuck Hutchinson, age 70, of Unionville, TN died on May 7, 2025 in Murfreesboro, TN. Chuck was born in Plainfield, Indiana and was a son of the late Max Hutchinson and Jane Wampler Hutchinson. He attended Assembly of God Church in Shelbyville, TN. Chuck owned and operated Truck Haven and Specialty Shop where he restored automobiles and mechanic work. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Christine Hutchinson, and a sister, Cindy Watford.

Chuck shared love and knowledge of 67-72 Chevy C-10 pickups and was an avid follower of restoration of C-10s nationwide. He was a member of the Corvette Club, a NASCAR fan, and was a former stock car driver of “#68”. He had many 4 legged furry friends and had a passion for painting oil paintings in his earlier days. Chuck had magic hands and could repair anything he attempted. He was soft spoken, a good listener, and loyal friend to many. Chuck was extremely devoted to his wife and loved family time especially with his grandchildren.

Mr. Hutchinson is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Patricia Hutchinson of Unionville, TN; children, Chad Hutchinson of Fayetteville, TN, Sara Brock of Doyle, TN, Jessica Andrews of Unionville, TN, Branda Buckins-Hillis of Unionville, TN; 12 grandchildren, Stephanie, Alton, Tyler, Mason, Sonny, Courtney, Cody, Benjamin, Shyanne, Jade, Jaylinn, Justinn; 5 great grandchildren, Ayla, Amy, Grayson, Hunter, Charlotte; sister, Linda Hutchinson of Indiana; step-brother, Darrell Cox; adopted son and grandson, Billy Floyd & Josh Stacy.

Visitation with the family will be on Monday, May 12, 2025 from 11 AM – 1 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 1 PM on Monday, May 12, 2025 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Interment will be at a later date at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.
