David Rigsby, Sr.

Mr. David William Rigsby, Sr., age 63, of Eagleville, TN, died Friday, December 16, 2016 in Murfreesboro, TN.  He was born in Bedford County, TN and was a son of the late Jacob William and Margaret Lorene Russell Rigsby.  David was an Automotive Technician for Crest Cadillac for over 44 years.  He was a member of the Eagleville Baptist Church serving as a Deacon as well as serving on the Eagleville City Council where he was a Councilman for many years.

Mr. Rigsby is survived by his wife, Peggy Rigsby of Eagleville, TN; children, David William (Tyroma) Rigsby, Jr. of Lebanon, TN, Charity Dawn (Chris) McCone of Belfast, TN; grandchildren, Felicia Nicole McCone, Hayden Rigsby, Bella Rigsby, Even Rigsby, Karsen Rigsby, and Farrah Rigsby; sisters, Margaret Rigsby Hall of Eagleville, TN, and Judy Michelle Rigsby Davis of Christiana, TN.

There will be no public visitation at the funeral home.  Graveside services will be conducted at 1 PM on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Cothran Cemetery in the Rover Community of Bedford County, TN with Bro. Ronnie Grooms officiating.  Interment will immediately follow at Cothran Cemetery.
