Donna Ann Perryman, age 82, of Chapel Hill, TN passed away October 9, 2026 in Nashville. Donna was born June 18, 1944 to the late James Middleton and Dorlene Luna Middleton Sargent. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Dan Perryman who passed in 2024, a sister, Dola Faye Ring in 2005, and a brother, Robert Middleton who passed in 2025. Donna was of the Methodist Faith. She was a retired employee for United Communications after 25+ years of service.

Donna was a caring, loving, and compassionate individual. Her love for others was often shown by her card ministry wherein she would send to many people. Donna was a graduate of the class 1962 at Marshall County High School. Donna was a Teacher Assistant at Forrest School for many years. She created a life of joy and laughter everywhere she went. She enjoyed cooking and always enjoyed precious time with her grandchildren visiting. Her character was that of a selfless woman. Her memory and legacy will be remembered for many generations to come, and she will be cherished as a Proverbs 31 virtuous lady.

Donna is survived by her sons, Tal (Kim) Perryman of Chapel Hill, TN, Mike (Michelle) Perryman of Chapel Hill, TN; 4 grandchildren, Jennifer Perryman (Tyler) Hall, Dustin (Brittany) Perryman, Connor (Emily) Perryman, Cameron Perryman; 3 great grandchildren, Kailey Carothers, Parker Perryman, and Harper Ann Hall; sisters, Judy Middleton Horton and Brenda Middleton (Sammy) Brewer; a brother, Marty Middleton.

A visitation with the Perryman family will be Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 11AM until 1PM. The Funeral service will be in the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home at 1PM. The Burial will follow at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill where she will be laid to rest next to her loving husband.

In lieu of flowers, the family has invited you to write a card in honor of Mrs. Donna and bring it to the service where the letter will be presented and laid to rest with her.
