Donnie Hancock, Sr.

Mr. Donnie Earl Hancock, Sr., age 58, of Lewisburg, Tennessee died Thursday, March 12, 2015 in Lewisburg. Mr. Hancock was born in Trousdale County, Tennessee and was a son of the late Earl and Gracie Satterfield Hancock. He was a member of New Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lonnie Hancock.
Mr. Hancock is survived by his wife, Janice Hancock, Lewisburg, TN; son, Donnie Earl Hancock, Jr., Lewisburg, TN; step-son, Brian (Lori) Sheppard, Lewisburg, TN; sister, Teresa Darnell, Lebanon, TN; brothers, Ronnie Hancock and Johnny Hancock, both of Unionville, TN; ten grandchildren, Coty Hancock, Miranda Hancock, Jayden Hancock, Brooklyn Hancock, Bubby Hancock, Ethan Guzzman, Zachery Sheppard, James Sheppard, Kelsie Sheppard, Shelby Sheppard.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. John Eatherly officiating. Burial will follow in Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill.
