Foy Jean Shade (Alexander)

Mrs. Foy Jean Shade (Alexander), of Chapel Hill, TN died Monday, December 1, 2025. Born in Rome, GA Foy was a daughter of the late Seaborn Alexander and Mary Joyce Ledford Alexander. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Claudette, Easy, Gary and Terry.

Mrs. Shade was a smart, strong, kind, beautiful and fun person who will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Survived by her husband of 52+ years, Lowell Mark Shade; She was the Mama of Jason Lowell Shade and Matthew Mark Shade; She was the Grandma of Trenton and Luke and the friend of Linda Greenwood and many others.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
