Georgann L. Wilson

Mrs. Georgann L. Wilson, age 71, of Chapel Hill, TN passed away on Friday morning, June 5, 2026 at her residence. Georgann was born in Medford, OR to the late George Wenzel and Ethel Lucille Massey Wenzel. She was a clerk at Henry Horton State Park. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Jean Wenzel, Celia Wenzel, Virginia Wenzel, and her brother, Sam Wenzel.

Georgann loved traveling around the world to see awesome places. She was a superb cross stitch artist and had a passion for gardening. Most of all she loved her family and spending time with them.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, David Wilson of Chapel Hill, TN; great niece, Krystal Brianna Harris of Chapel Hill, TN; nieces, Tonia Armstrong of Murfreesboro, TN, Bianca Wenzel of Sacramento, CA; and nephew, Mitch Wenzel of Tempe, AZ.

Visitation with the family will be from 4 PM until 8 PM on Friday, June 12, 2026 at Lawrence Funeral Home.
