September 23, 1942 — December 10, 2014
Mr. Harold Jean “Bubby” Smith, age 72, of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, died Wednesday, December 10, 2014 in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Smith was born in Marshall County and was a son of the late Fred and Bettye Elease Harber Smith. He was a graduate of Forrest High School in Chapel Hill and was a salesman. In addition to his parents, Mr. Smith was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert “Oswald” Smith.
Mr. Smith is survived by his two daughters, Allison Smith, Nashville, TN and Angela (Emory) Kincaid, Mt. Juliet, TN; granddaughter, Samantha Kincaid, Mt. Juliet, TN; brothers, Jim Harber, Lewisburg, TN, Harry Dale Smith, Eagleville, TN.
Family members will receive friends on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 11:30 am until 1:30 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Hopper Cemetery near Chapel Hill. Burial will immediately follow in Hopper Cemetery.
