Helen Diane Mayo

Mrs. Helen Diane Mayo, age 79, of Chapel Hill, TN passed away on Friday, October 3, 2025 in Columbia, TN. She was a native of North Little Rock, Arkansas and the daughter of the late Elmer Floyd Tennison and Rachel Helen Devinney Tennison. Mrs. Mayo was a member of World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, TN. She was retired from customer relations at Darrell Waltrip Honda Automotive Center in Franklin, TN. After her retirement, she became the bookeeper for the family business. 

Mrs. Diane loved being a mother and grandmother. She enjoyed deer hunting with her camera. She enjoyed watching golf and watching NASCAR races.  Most of all she loved her family and being with them every chance she had. She was strong in her faith, loved Jesus as her Lord and Saviour; and now she is resting in His loving arms. 

Mrs. Mayo is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Terry Mayo of Chapel Hill, TN: children, Brian (Stephanie) Williams of Murfreesboro, TN, T. J. (Jennifer) Mayo of Joelton, TN, Kasie (Chris) McCool of Redfield, AR; 7 grandchildren, Sophia Williams, Noah Williams, Justin Mayo, Landon Mayo, Evan Mayo, William McCool, Caleb McCool; 1 great grandchild, Lennox Shipe-Williams.

 Celebration of Life will be held 4:00pm on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Christ Chapel TN, 3066 US-431, Spring Hill, TN 37174.
