Infant Ava Grace Fowler, age 2 weeks, died on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, in Nashville, TN.
Ava was born in Nashville, TN, to her two loving parents, Chelsey Pegg and Chasen Stokes Fowler.
In addition to her parents, Ava is also survived by a sister, Macie Anne Pegg; brother, Chasen Stokes Fowler, Jr.; grandparents, Thomas (Dedra) Wells Fowler, Sr., Patricia (Steve) Grider, and Paul (Theresa) Pegg; great grandparents, Stafford (Peggy) McNamee and Jim (Joy) Savage.
A graveside service for Ava will take place at a later date.
