James Dunn

Mr. James M. “Peaches” Dunn, age 59, of Chapel Hill, died Monday, March 10, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Dunn was born in Woodbury, TN and was a son of the late Bruce Montgomery and Vester Louise George Dunn. He was a truck driver. In addition to his parents, Mr. Dunn was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Owen, and sisters, Roxie Ann Dunn and Sherie Lyne Dunn.

Mr. Dunn is survived by his wife, Debbie Dunn, Chapel Hill, TN; children, Dawn (Howard) Ragsdale, Chapel Hill, TN, Jamie (Michael) Dunn, Columbia, TN, Josh (Juli) Moss, Hohenwald, TN, Joey (Cacey) Moss, Pulaski, TN; sisters, Brenda Gail Hatcher, Eagleville, TN, Shelia M. (Wayne) Yates, Arrington, TN; brothers, Charles (Shonia) Dunn, Lewisburg, TN, Bruce (Diane) Dunn, Tampa, FL, Larry (Dana) Dunn, Lakeland, FL, Dale (Linda) Dunn, Homer Glen, IL, Roger (Peggy) Dunn, Jonesboro, VA; aunt, Doris George, McMinnville, TN; 12 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 13, 2014 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Lawrence Funeral Home and Friday, March 14, 2014 from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, March 14, 2014 at 1:00pm from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Hershel Osborne officiating. Burial will follow at Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill.
