Mr. J. C. Hickman, Jr., age 68, formerly of the Holts Corner Community of Marshall County, died Sunday, April 27, 2014 in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Hickman was born in Marshall County and was a son of the late Margaret Ann Fuller and James Cordell Hickman, Sr. He worked in Security Services and was a former member of the Williamson County Rescue Squad and the Chapel Hill Volunteer Fire Department.
Mr. Hickman is survived by a son, Jim (Beth) Hickman, Franklin, TN; daughters, Lisa M. (Jim) Fox, Lavergne, TN, Laurel M. (James) Jordan, Hendersonville, TN; sister, Sandra (Bill) Tutt, Belfast, TN; seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and one step-great grandchild.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2014 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. John Eatherly officiating. Family members will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. prior to the service.
