Jill Celeste Rosengarten Comer

Jill Celeste Rosengarten Comer passed away peacefully, at her home in Chapel Hill, TN,   Sunday, June 2, 2024.

Jill was born in Evansville, IN to Agnes and William J. Rosengarten on June 22, 1959. She graduated from Avon High School in 1977. Jill was happily married to Ted L. Comer for twenty years in Tennessee. She was a life-long donor to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Boys Town and PBS. She retired at the age of 62.

Jill was preceded in death by her husband Ted in 2013. She is survived by her son, Brent Anthony Gauspohl of Antwerp, Belgium; 2 sisters, Gail Byassee and Jan (Carey Butcher) Rosengarten; a brother, Jay (Mitzi) Rosengarten; numerous nieces and nephews.

Per Jill’s request, there will be no service, but you are welcome to donate to one of her favorite charities.
