John Young

Mr. John Charles Young, age 77, of the Wheel community of Bedford Co., died Friday, July 19, 2019. Born in Sorento, IL, Mr. Young was a son of the late John Young and Elva Vincent Young. He was retired from the Marshall  Co. Highway Dept. as a truck driver. Mr. Young was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was retired from the Tennessee Army National Guard.

Survivors are his wife, Shirley Ann Scott Young;  a daughter, Patricia Gulley of Maysville, KY; 3 sons, Jeffery Young of Jamestown, TN, Craig Young of Atlanta, GA; Jeff Gentry of Manchester, TN; 2 brothers, Nelson Young of Kansas City, MO, Ron Young of Louisville, KY; 5 grand children and 7 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm Friday, July 26, 2019, at Farmington United Methodist Church, 2212 Hwy 40, Lewisburg, TN. Visitation will be at the church from 12 Noon until service time on Friday.
