Mrs. Marion “Louise” Hurt Wilson, age 90, of Chapel Hill, TN, went peacefully to be with our LORD on Friday, January 12, 2018.  Mrs. Louise was a native of Marshall County, TN and a daughter of the late Billie and Ethel Forbes Hurt.  She was a member of Chapel Hill Church of Christ.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Louise was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, W. T. Wilson in 2015, her beloved daughter, Candy Wilson in 2017, and her sister, Pat Stone.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by her sons, Michael Wilson of Murfreesboro, TN, and Tim (Dena) Wilson of Chapel Hill, TN; daughter, Tina Wilson of Chapel Hill, TN; grandson, Mitchell Wilson of Murfreesboro, TN; granddaughter, Molly Wilson of Bellevue, TN; great grandsons, Grayson and Emerson Ethridge of Bellevue, TN; nephews, Richard Watson of Gainesville, FL, Jimmy (Colleen) Watson of Smyrna, TN, Pete Moss of Chapel Hill, TN, and Tom Moss of Nashville, TN; niece, Betty Moss of Brooksville, FL; great nephew, Daniel (Ching Li) Moss and two great great nieces, Leah Mai and Sophie Moss.

Louise attended Peabody College before marrying W. T. Wilson on her birthday in 1947.  She was a wonderful mother and homemaker who doted on her family.  Everyone was welcome in her home and she tended to all with love.

Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 10 AM until 11 AM.  A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11 AM on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Isaac Bourne officiating.

For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Chapel Hill Church of Christ Youth Group Fund or the Hospice Care of your choice.
