Madge Scott Tomlin Trisdale

Mrs. Madge Scott Tomlin Trisdale, age 90, of Hendersonville, TN, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023 at her residence.  Mrs. Madge was born in Marshall County, TN and was the daughter of the late Hubert Scott and Hannah Sue Lunn Scott.  She was retired from the banking industry and a member of the Forrest High School Class of 1950.  Mrs. Madge was very involved in the Forrest Alumni Association.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband, John T. Tomlin, daughter, Teresa Franklin, sisters, Faye Lamb, Sara Tucker, Ruth Sweeney, and a brother, Kelly Lunn.

Mrs. Madge enjoyed painting pictures, making jewelry, going shopping, and making crafts.  Most of all, she loved her family!

Mrs. Trisdale is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Mr. Tom Trisdale of Hendersonville, TN; two grandchildren, Andrea (Jeremy) Ritchie of Houston, TX, Bryan (Donna) Duncan of Mt. Juliet, TN; six great grandchildren; sister, Alice Harris of Lewisburg, TN; and special friend, Barbie Butler of Hendersonville, TN.

Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at Lawrence Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 30, 2023 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Duncan officiating.  Interment will follow in Swanson Cemetery in Chapel Hill, TN.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
