Manfred Westerwelle

Mr. Manfred Gunther Westerwelle, age 82, of Lewisburg, TN, passed away on Friday, January 10, 2020, at his home in Lewisburg.

Mr. Westerwelle was born in Cologne, Germany to his late parents Fritz Holt and Martha Westerwelle. He was a chef for a good part of his life, travelling in Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, Canada, then eventually ending up in Texas as chef at a golf and country club. Later, he was asked to become the general manager of the Oklahoma Golf and Country Club where he later retired. Mr. Westerwelle was the longest running general manager at this particular club.

Mr. Westerwelle is survived by his wife of 35 years, Saundra Westerwelle; son, Derrick Westerwelle, Golden, CO; grandchildren, Jordan Bradley Westerwelle, Smyrna, TN, and Mara Elizabeth Westerwelle, Manchester, TN.
