Ms. Myrtle Clyde Hartley, age 26, of Baytown, Texas passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026 in Texas. She was born in Baytown, TX to Jerry Wade Spells and the late Claire Rowe Spells. Myrtle worked in general construction and was a member of Cross Keys Baptist Church.

Myrtle loved riding in the car in the country and in the mountains. She enjoyed fishing. She had a passion for working and building things.

Myrtle is survived by her husband, Kevin Hartley of Mims, FL; father, Jerry Wayne Spells of Texas; a brother, Clarence Rowe of Cove, TX, and a sister.

Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 from 9 AM until 10 AM at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 10 AM from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with family officiating. Interment will follow at Hartley Cemetery in the Cross Keys Community of Williamson County, TN.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
