Nancy Ann Buchholz

Nancy Ann Buchholz, 83 years of Lewisburg, TN passed away peacefully on October 2,2026 at NHC Healthcare Oakwood. Nancy was born on July 9th, 1943, to Charles Lavicky Sr. and Alma Theilen Lavicky in Enid, Oklahoma.

Nancy will forever be remembered along side her late husband, Henry Buchholz as a true Dallas Cowboys fan. Nancy was a business owner and took great pride in her work as a professional seamstress. Her work could be seen all over the United States, as she designed and made clothing for historic family photo booths. Nancy also enjoyed casinos and horse racing trips. Nancy made the absolute best homemade fudge and that special recipe will be carried on. Most importantly, Nancy was a woman of faith, a loving mother and wife who dedicated herself to her family. She will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her son Tony Buchholz (Shawna), her daughter Tammy Buchholz (Jeniece), 5 grandchildren, Brook, Dr. Taylor (Ethan), Tori, Andrea (Caleb), Zach (Brennan) and 10 Great- great grandchildren. Nancy is also survived by her sisters, Betty, Pat, Julie and two brothers, Vernie and David and many numerous nieces and nephews.

Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Buchholz, her parents, Charles and Alma Lavicky, Sisters, Frances, Lydia, Louise, Rose and brothers, Charles Jr., Louis and Harvey.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday October 6th, 2026 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Lawrence Funeral Home in Chapel Hill, TN with Funeral Service at 1:00pm followed by a burial at Swanson Cemetery, Chapel Hill, TN.

In Lieu of flowers the family would request that donations be made out to The Vanderbilt Alzheimer’s Association and New Vision Outreach church, 4506 Nashville Hwy, Chapel Hill, TN 37034.
