Phillip Cecil Hart

Mr. Phillip Cecil Hart, age 74, of Chapel Hill, TN, died on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 in Lewisburg, TN.  He was born in Bicknell, IN and was the son of the late Gleason Faye Hart and Audrey Mengedoht Hart.  Mr. Hart was a retired school teacher.  He was an avid gardener raising gourds for which he won several national contests.  He also had several rock and mineral collections and was crazy about snow buddies.  Phil married the love of his life, Jayne E. Hart, on June 26, 1976.

Mr. Hart is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Jayne E. Hart of Chapel Hill, TN; children, Benjamin R. Hart of Orlando, FL, and Katherine (Adam) Weightman of Franklin, TN; grandson, Tiberius Weightman.

There will be no public funeral services at this time per Phil’s request.
