Randy Newsom

Mr. Randy Bee Newsom, age 53, of Shelbyville, TN, died Monday, April 13, 2020, in Shelbyville, TN.

Mr. Newsom was born in Shelbyville, TN, to his late parents, Frances and Billy Newsom. He attended the Skills Development Center for his education. Randy loved to make things from paper, index cards, and cardboard. He also loved to listen to music, Elvis being on of his favorite artists. Randy was also a huge Spider Man fan. He had a loving and caring personality to everyone he came into contact with. Randy was very proud of his membership of Amazing Grace Baptist Church in Unionville, TN, and loved attending services there. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Catherine Prouty; and brothers, William, Leslie, and Doyle Newsom, all of Shelbyville.

Mr. Newsom is survived by brothers, Thomas Lynch, Johnny Lynch, Timmy Newsom, Claude (Janet) Newsom; sisters, Debby and Patsy Newsom, Carolyn (Curtis) Sharp, Mary Leverette; several nieces and nephews.

In light of the Corona Virus health crisis, there will be no visitation and a private family graveside service will be held with burial to follow in Cothran Cemetery near Rover. Please know that online tributes thru the funeral home website are equally appreciated.
