Remona Moon

Mrs. Remona White Moon, age 58, of Haskins Chapel, died Sat., Apr. 6, 2013. A native of Bedford Co., Mrs. Moon was a daughter of the late Joe Edward White and Mary Christine Blackwell White. She was a former Medicare Specialist with Bedford County Medical Center and was a member of Clay Hill United Methodist Church.

Survived by a son, Danny Moon of the Laws Hill community; 4 sisters, Frances Hawkins of Oakland, CA; Martha Alarcon of Orlando, FL; Sandra Whitney of Hayden, ID; and Donna Haskins of Haskins Chapel;  4 grandchildren.

Visitation will be Mon., Apr. 8, 2012 from 4pm – 8pm at Lawrence Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted Tues., Apr. 9, 2013 at 10am from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in the Wheel community of Bedford Co.
