Richard "Dick" Walker

Mr. Richard “Dick” Walker, age 86, of the Hardison Mill Community of Maury Co., died Thursday, April 19, 2018 following an extended illness. Born in Liberty, IN, Mr. Walker was a son of the late Wilber K. Walker and Mary Viola Shepler Walker. Mr. Walker was a veteran of the U. S. Navy during the Korean Conflict, was a self-employed contractor and a member of the Westvue Church of Christ in Lewisburg, TN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Shepherd.

Survived by his wife, Reba Blalock Walker of the Hardison Mill community; a son Mike Cox, Sr. of Orlando, FL; 2 grandchildren, Paige Cox Phenis of Richmond, IN and Michael Cox, Jr. of Orlando, FL; 2 brothers, Norman Walker of Brownsville, IN and Dale Walker of Liberty, IN; a step-son, Dane Lammon of Orlando, FL.

A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later time in Mr. Walker’s hometown of Liberty, IN.
