Ruby Leverette

Mrs. Ruby Sue Beasley Leverette, age 90, of Rockvale, Tennessee, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  Mrs. Leverette was born in Rutherford County and was a daughter of the late John Thomas and Betty Sue Morgan Beasley.  She was a child of God and believed strongly in the Lord.  She was of the Baptist faith.  In addition to her parents, Mrs. Leverette was preceded in death by the love of her life, Herman Leverette who died in 2003, a daughter, Peggy Joyce Leverette, who died in 1958, sister, Irene Lorance, brothers, Marvin Beasley, Jim Beasley and Sammie Lee Beasley.

Mrs. Leverette is survived by daughters, Thelma (James) Price, Moranda (Dexter) Adams, Betty (Jerry) Thomas and Recia (L.B.) Ferrell, all of Murfreesboro, TN; son, Gary Leverette, Rockvale, TN; sister, Estelle Beasley, Rover Comm. of Bedford Co.; nine grandchildren; five step grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; sixteen step-great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.

Visitation will be Friday, March 15, 2013 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2013 from the chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with burial to follow in Simpson Cemetery in the Rover Community of Bedford County.

Tommy Beasley, Larry Beasley, Al Beasley, Mark Beasley, Richard Warrick and Larry Redmond will serve as pallbearers.
