Sara Anderson Yarbrough

Mrs. Sara Anderson Yarbrough, age 79, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on September 15, 2026. She was born on March 3, 1947, in Franklin, Tennessee to the late Luther Thomas and Sally Esther Anderson. Sarah was preceded in death by a husband, Paul Yarbrough; brothers, Wesley and Clifton Anderson and sister, Louise Beard.

Sara was a woman of strong faith who loved her church, loved her animals dearly, and had a heart full of kindness. She cared deeply for the people and animals around her and was always ready to lend a helping hand or show a little love. Her gentle, caring spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sara is survived by her brother, Robert (Tasha) Anderson; friend, James Whitson; family friend, Larry Graves and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M., at Lawrence Funeral Home with the funeral service at 1:00PM. Bro. Doug Baggett officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Cemetery.
