Stephen "Steve" Henry Siemssen

Mr. Stephen “Steve” Henry Siemssen, age 71, of Chapel Hill TN, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2025. Steve was born in New Orleans, LA to the late Melvin Andrew Siemssen and Evelyn Marie Simoneaux Siemssen. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandchild, Doyle Lowe.

Steve was a family man. You could always find him fishing, gardening, and mowing. He loved to cook and was always willing to teach kids the best way to cook. If you ever asked him for a recipe he would always leave out one of the ingredients. Steve would often be found bragging about how many steps he was putting in one day at a time. He was a New York Yankee fan, LSU Tiger fan, and a proud New Orleans Saints fan. He enjoyed having a unique ability to fix different things. Steve always gave sound life advice. One of his greatest times was going to grocery stores and spending time with his “Family” there. He will be forever known for his eagerness to have the greatest Crawfish Boil around.

Mr. Steve is survived by his wife of 43 years, Paula K. Siemssen of Chapel Hill, TN; his daughter, Kasey (Donald) Lowe of Chapel Hill, TN; his son, Daniel (Stephanie) Siemssen of Chapel Hill, TN. He is also survived by 1 grandchild, Lennon Lowe of Chapel Hill, TN; Additionally survivors include the Einck, Sloan, Kitterman families, as well as Mike, Frog, and Wayne also survive. He is further survived by several brothers and sisters survive along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

There will be no services scheduled at this time.
