Tom Brown

Mr. Thomas Edward Brown, age 70, of Chapel Hill, died Sun., July 14, 2013. A native of Marshall Co., Mr. Brown was a son of the late Jessie C. Brown and Ruby Crick Brown. Tom was retired from Avco-Vaught Aerostructures as a machinist with 42 years of service. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Chapel Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church for 54 years and was an avid fisherman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sarah Brown Graham.

Survived by his wife of 50 years, Elaine Morgan Brown of Chapel Hill; 3 daughters, Linda Brown Galvin of Chapel Hill; Bonnie (Greg) Brown Spain of Chapel Hill; Gina (Jamie) Brown Heintz of Unionville; a son, Tommy Brown, Jr of Belfast; a sister, Elaine Hayes of Nashville; 3 brothers, James Brown of Nashville; Bill Brown of Olive Branch, MS; Phil Brown of Nashville;

7 Grandchildren, Zach; Amanda; Kasey; Tyler; Kenlea; Savannah; Levi; 6 Great Grandchildren, Avery; Cheyanne; Kylie; Wyatt; Haley;
