Wilton Cyril "Dubby" Scarlett, Jr.

Mr. Wilton Cyril “Dubby” Scarlett, Jr., age 73, of Longview, TX, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2025 in Columbia, TN. He was a native of Blytheville, Arkansas and was a son of the late Wilton Cyril Scarlett, Sr. and Patsy Joy Harrison Scarlett. Mr. Scarlett worked in the masonry industry as a brick layer.

Mr. Dubby loved to go water skiing and was an avid water skier. He enjoyed photography, capturing family moments and special occasions. He also had a passion for the game of golf and a deep love for music. He loved all animals. Most of all, he cherished his family and friends and stayed closely connected with all of them.

Mr. Scarlett is survived by his loving daughters, Ashley (Brad) Lindsey of San Antonio, TX, Shelby (Gerald) Hill of Cibolo, TX; 3 grandchildren, Kylee Davis, Raynee Edgmon, Maddy Lindsey; 4 great grandchildren, Kashes, Raylon, Kordell, Beva Jane; siblings, David Scarlett, Bobby Scarlett, Peggy Harder, and Sharon Cleary.

There will be no local public funeral services for Mr. Scarlett.
