Linda Sue Tift

On December 26, 2021, Linda became one of God’s most beautiful angels. She has found peace and comfort in God’s hands and rests with her family.

Born March 19, 1957, daughter of Connie and William McGrath; sister to Pat (Love) McGrath, Sharon (Steve) Jones and Kylie Diaz; sister-in-law to Joan (Kevin) Mills; daughter-in-law to Josena Tift; a loving aunt to Casey, Patrick, Amara, Brandon, Katie, Jessica, Rebecca, Dominique, Rockie, Mariah, Shawn, Demetrius, Arianna, Diamond, Kirsten, Lacey  and Briana.

Linda was a beautiful loving wife to Jay Tift for over 42 years. Linda’s greatest love was for her sons, Brad and Jason and her grandsons Dylan and John. She stayed very close to her grandsons. Her happiest times were with her sons and grandsons gathered around her.

Linda was preceded in death by her mother and father, her father-in-law Harry Tift, brother Robert, sister-in-law Melody; niece Mindy; nephew, Jordan; great nephew Skylar Sheldon. Her family will remember her beautiful smile, her patience and her great love for the rest of our days.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1PM, Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Trinity Church, 3355 Dunckel Rd., Lansing, MI. Please join our family and friends in celebrating Linda.
