Patsy Ashworth

Mrs. Patsy Ashworth, age 78, of Chapel Hill, TN, passed away Friday, August 12, 2022 at her residence.  She was a native of Williamson County, TN and was a daughter of the late Willie Malone and Agnes Jenkins Malone.  Mrs. Patsy was a member of the Independent Holiness Church and was a homemaker.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer G. Ashworth, son, Ronny D. Ashworth, and grandchildren, Jeremy P. Ashworth and Hope Renie Ashworth, and several brothers and sisters.

Mrs. Patsy loved raising animals.  She loved to dance and enjoyed listening to music.  Her favorite hobbies were fishing and mowing the yard.  Most of all, she loved her family and spending time with them.

Mrs. Ashworth is survived by her loving children, Timmy Ashworth of Chapel Hill, TN, Robert (Patricia) Ashworth of Chapel Hill, TN, Ronnie (Tia) Ashworth of Chapel Hill, TN, Linda (Donny) Giles of Lewisburg, TN; grandchildren, Morgan Ashworth, Brantley Ashworth, Alisha Giles, Brandon (Eleni) Giles, Justin (Candace) Giles, Jon (Megan) Giles, Adam (Cathey) Ashworth, Shawn (Meagan) Ashworth, Jennifer (Josh) Curtis; great grandchildren, Noah Brock, Stephen Brock, Shane Ashworth, Trinity Ashworth, Nova Ashworth, Harden Ashworth, Eli Giles, Isaiah Giles, Tinsley Giles, Adaline Giles, Makenzie Giles, Lillian Giles, Savannah Curtis, and Ava Brown.

Visitation with the family will be on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Lawrence Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from the Chapel of Lawrence Funeral Home with Donny Giles officiating.  Interment will follow in Allen Cemetery near Chapel Hill, TN.

Grandsons will serve as active pallbearers.
