Ronald N. Schmidt

Mr. Ronald N. Schmidt, age 83, of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, died Tuesday, September 29, 2020 in Hohenwald, Tennessee.

Mr. Schmidt was born in Wynona, Minnesota and was a son of the late Arnum Edgar and Elinor Anna Streng Schmidt. He was a retired shoemaker for Freeman Shoe Company.

Mr. Schmidt is survived by his son, Dean (LouAnn) Schmidt, Caney Spring Community; brother, Arnum (Leslie) Schmidt, Savannah, GA; granddaughter, Ashley (Rob) McBride , Outer Banks, NC; great grandchildren, Jacob, Dillon, and Abby McBride, Outer Banks NC; nieces, Sharon (Jody) Robinson, Pooler, GA, Susan Mullins, Winder, GA, Nancy (Steven) Holland, San Antonio, TX.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2020 at Turtleville Cemetery, Turtleville, Wisconsin. Burial will follow in the Turtleville Cemetery. There will be no local visitation or funeral services.
