Sarah Hatcher Voss

Mrs. Sarah Hatcher Voss, age 86, of Lebanon, TN, died Friday, June 3, 2022 in Lebanon, TN.  She was a native of Williamson County, TN and a daughter of the late Horace Hatcher and Fannie Elizabeth Ivery Hatcher Bochy.  Mrs. Voss was a homemaker, having worked until retirement as a school cafeteria manager.  She was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Minerva Foster and Faye Anderson, and her brothers, H.T. Hatcher and Melvin Hatcher.

Mrs. Sarah loved visiting with her family, cooking for them, and sharing recipes.  She enjoyed raising a garden and shopping for a good bargain. In later years she enjoyed the outdoors especially wandering around the yard and sitting under the shade trees.

Mrs. Voss is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ed Voss of Lebanon, TN; daughters, V’Lyndi (Bill) Fisher of Lebanon, TN, Hemalatha Bangaru; son, Hans (Natasha Flurry) Voss of Hydro, OK; grandchildren, Bradley Dohm, Dalton Voss, David Voss, and Olivia Flurry, Prem Kumar Bangaru, Sanjay Bangaru, Sandeep Bangaru; sister, Elvin (Billy) Chick of Antioch, TN.

Visitation with the family will be held at Triune Cemetery from 1:30 PM until 2 PM on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.  Graveside services will follow at 2 PM on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Triune Cemetery, 7906 Nolensville Road, Arrington, TN with family members officiating.  Interment will follow the service in Triune Cemetery.
